Beautiful house located on a tranquil cove of Mill Creek Lake, which offers over 800 acres of boating, fishing and watersports, perfect place to make unforgettable memories. Enjoy morning coffee listening the birdsong, feel the breeze, smell the rain, watch the fireflies and listen to the night sounds on our fabulous, screened porch. Only 1.2 miles away from the Mill Creek Park and Lake that consists of 2,600 acres of land, 15 miles of ATV trails, courtesy dock facilities, boat rentals and more.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Fabulous, screened, back, double deck that overlooks mature trees. Down the gravel pathway you get to the tranquil and quiet Mill Creek Cove. Private boat dock (not for boat use) and a picnic table with lots of shade from the mature tree right next to it. Gradual descent to the water's edge by way of shared white rock path. The full walk out basement includes a family room, bedroom and full bath, laundry room, and multiple storage areas.
The home is equipped with a dine-in kitchen equipped with an instant pot coffee maker (serves espresso pods and regular Keurig pods), dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, & an extendable kitchen table. Outside, in the screened porch there's a TV, sectional sofa with plenty of seating and another dining table so you can enjoy your grilling outdoors. The home also includes a gas grill with propane, High Speed WIFI & TVs throughout the entire house.

Summary: Wonderful property in Clarksville about 7 miles from Marshall. Beautiful country setting. Very nice house with a great outdoor deck and patio. Unfortunately the weather kept us from enjoying the outdoors. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

Summary: Nice place. Good value for the money. The upstairs/downstairs is nice to have two levels. Didn’t see the lake. Very quiet neighborhood. Probably needs handrails for outside entrance and down to lower level in the house. Kitchen has about everything you would need. Would stay there again.

Summary: Daughter graduated from St. Mary of the Woods college and stayed in Marshall. House was clean, amenities well stocked (propane tank, dishwasher pods, etc), convenient walk to lake, and short drive to Terre Haute. Back porch was a hit!

Summary: Great spot nestled away on the lake shore. We were there in April for the eclipse and a weekend away and it perfect. Great mountain biking trail 5 min drive away.

Summary: This was the perfect home base for visiting some local friends. The house is comfortable enough to be a destination in itself, either for downtime after the day's activities, or for gathering with friends. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch! Everything was clean, well stocked, and the hosts were kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: This is our second stay here and it was just as perfect as the first time!! The owners make it an easy process for check in and out and they are very considerate of your time. Very clean and well taken care of. The back porch is a beautiful relaxing spot!! Conveniently close to town and the lake! We definitely will continue to stay here during our trips to Illinois.

Summary: This house was so beautiful for a quiet little town. Everything was clean! The host even told us of fun little things going on in the town during our stay. The host kept in touch to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend. If you have children, there were accommodations for children in the house. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Summary: We had a great trip! The house was very comfortable for 8 (6 adults and 2 kids). The screened in porch was great for dinner and games. The owners were so friendly and thoughtful. We had a terrible storm and the power was out for a few hours. The owners text us to make sure we were ok and offered to bring flashlights and lanterns. a super quick drive to lake - we would definitely stay here again.
